The rubber of the product is very hard and of very poor quality. it is neither able to wipe the water off a surface (vertical or horizontal) like a squeegee does nor is it soft or absorbent enough to soak up the water. Even to retract the handle to squeeze the rubber requires a tremendous amount of force. The product is unfortunately of no use at all and with Amazon's growing NO RETURN policy sellers are finding it easy to put low quality products on the market and get away with it. All in all a very very sad experience

It is very good to absorb water and best part it comes with two sponges to when one goes out, I can just use another. It is great for kitchen cleaning and the squeeze function makes it easy to use this.

Its really handy to wipe spills and stains from glass , wood , ply surfaces. Best part is you don't need to get your hands dirty just absorbs and rinse the mop under running water The slim form factor makes it easy to store as well This material gets hard when dry wich is normal , so just rinse before use and you're good to go. It comes with one additional sponge as well. Refer the attached pics if you face issue while fitting the sponge in to the bracket There are small plastic peices poking out which you need to cut with a paper cutter. BUT make sure you don't slice off the making plug

Don't Buy. Not a Well Designed Product. Does Not Serve The Purpose. No Manual To Install Sponge. Absorbed Water Does Not Get Dried By The Mechanism As Well. You Have To Use Your Hands. Kind Of Defeats The Purpose. Sponge Does Not Fit Properly Also. Uploaded Pics. Will Not Recommended This Product To Anyone. If You try to remove the sponge to add the extra set of sponge. that also does not work and there is no option to return the item .

The sping keeps on slipping off the handle . Half ur time is spent in fixing it
