The shoes are nicely sized and comfortable. There is a bit of a gap in the heel for which I have ordered heel pads. It may just be that my heel is narrow so I'm hopeful that the pads will help. I also like that the bottom of the high heel isn't the hard plastic that is slippery and makes noise on hard floors, rather t's soft, 'grippy' and stable. The heel height looks high but the platform reduces the angle of the foot. Good design for the price.

Update: After I posted the following review and returned my shoes purchase, I was contacted by the company’s customer service. The person I dealt with, Faye, was wonderful.It took a few weeks (the color and size of shoe was out of stock) to get the item replaced, but I received them and I love them!!These shoes fit perfectly since I sized down a half size. They are cushioned and comfortable. Highly recommend. Thank you Faye for going out of your way to give such good customer service! T.I was so excited when I ordered these beautiful shoes, only to be disappointed when I received them.I’m a size 10 M. That is what I ordered. Everything fit fine, except that they were a bit too long. I tried using a silicone pad, but it was impossible to walk in them. I would have been shuffling my feet just to keep them on, and I was afraid that I would trip and fall.Unfortunately I am having to return them. They are beautiful, cushioned and otherwise lovely dress shoes. As I said, disappointed.

The shoes unfortunately did not fit me. The shoes are well made and very nice.

This shoe was very comfortable I must say. However, it was about 1.5 size too big for me. I seem to have missed the size chart as this size is in UK.

I want to keep these but the heel is a little too high and narrow for an old gal who can’t accept that she is an old gal!I will pass them to my granddaughter and buy a chunky heel that isn’t so sexy but an older gal will have the stability and comfort needed!I love this classic style!

I wore these to work once and couldn't even make it through half a shift without swapping to different shoes. I sized half a size down and they were still too large, consistently popping off of my heels, making it impossible to walk without basically shuffling. Unfortunately, with the awkward shuffle, you're bound to scuff the inner sides of the shoes which show up like chalk on a board. They're extremely stiff with little support. I even added $10 silicon cushioned inserts to help with comfort and the heel popping off issue, and it still wasn't enough. And to top it off, the insole is already coming off as if it was never properly glued into the shoe. I understand if that happens after longterm wear, but less than half a shift is disappointing. I wear heels for work every day and have had better shoes bought on impulse from grocery stores. I wouldn't recommend these.Edit: the seller reached out to offer a replacement as well as a free additional pair. While I do appreciate this offer and level of service, I'd rather my review stay transparent and visible to potential buyers than to accept this offer.

These heels don't look like much from the product photos so I was skeptical at first as to how tall they would look, because I did not want this to look like a kitten heel. I was pleasantly surprised when they were the perfect height. Since the heel is thicker, there is less strain and overall the heel is more comfortable. Obviously like most shoes, the back of the heel is a bit stiff and can hurt your feet but I just put a cushion there and it was perfectly fine!

These are ABSOLUTELY same as describe and comes with the filler paper in them with a stick of to keep them in perfect shape. Very comfortable and true to size. So cute and would order them again maybe in a different colour to have a variety.

The shoes are very comfortable but fit just a little on the large size Based on their measurements I ordered 7.5 and they are just a little loose. A pair of heel grips and liners help. I thought about returning them for a 7 but I think that might be just a little too tight

The media could not be loaded.  Recomiendo pedir una talla menos, yo pedí 4.5, mi talla de calzado normal, pero esta talla viene más grande, 1 dedo más grande. Buen calzado, buenas zapatillas, pero ojalá hubiera pedido una talla menos.

Me.gustaron mucho pero no me quedaron porque me vase en los comentarios y pedí #5 y yo soy 5.5. Los regrese y compre de nuevo.
