The Portrait Illustrations are beautiful, but I thought there would be a step by step on at least one portrait showing the watercolor pencil.It is possible to see a video of this process on line?Doloris Siffer

Nothing but a picture book. No instruction.

There are beautiful illustrations however there are no directions. The writer includes info on 7 different pencil types but says nothing of how to apply them. I believed that a book titled "learn to color like a professional" would give instructions on how to draw the subjects and not just look at them. If you are looking for a book full of illustrations (color and B&W for each) to inspire your own work then this book is for you. The women are simply gorgeous! However, if you bought this book to learn anything about drawing you are basically out of luck.

The portraits are absolutely gorgeous and seem so realistic! The artist Miguel Angel Molina is now on my list of top favorite artists. I will be collecting more of his books!

Cannot imagin what this publisher expected us to do with this book. The minute you put water on the ghost image it ruins the picture on the other side. Very disappointed
