The screen protection leaves an air pocket which is annoying. Very annoying
This case appeared to be up to the task of protecting my iPhone X. However, this case is heavy as it in a metal body with a rubber encasement. The screen protection leaves an air pocket which is annoying. Very annoying. Did I mention this case was heavy.

Your phone wont work properly once installed.
The product interfered with the sleep/wake function of the screen. I could not us the phone like I once could, so i had to remove it. Nice looking, solid case.

Tactical but not functional
I really wanted to love this case. Looks neat & protects the phone. However the case is not functional for texting. I tried to get used to it but ultimately took it off in frustration.

Bubble on protective screen
So I purchase this Cover for my son and he used it for about a week when the protective screen cover had such a bad bubble on it he was unable to use the screen. He had to remove the box from his phone in order to do anything on his phone. We will be returning it to Amazon for a refund and hopefully a replacement. I’m hoping the second time around works out better than the first one. :-/

Not recommended.
Case doesn’t allow access to the mute button. Screen protector is too soft. There’s a bubble in the middle of the screen that won’t allow you to touch the screen without applying pressure. Not recommended.
