There are two pairs of arm sleeves in this pack, both are a one size fits all and come in black.There isn't really a top or bottom, though I see that there is a wider sleeve end and a short one at the other. Either way, this will simply wrap around your arms and stay put. It creates a layer for either sun protection, warmth, or just providing some protection from whatever hands on work you are doing.The fabric is nice and soft and is comfortable to wear.

Initially, I was a bit concerned about how breathable they would be and whether they would truly provide a cooling effect during my activities. these sleeves are incredibly breathable. Despite my initial doubts, they really do have a cool feeling against the skin. I've worn them during hiking in the summer heat, and not once did they feel hot or uncomfortable. The material is lightweight and allows for excellent air circulation, which is a huge plus.
