I started taking these to see if it helps me sleep. I sleep so well incorporating this into my daily routine. I take 8-9 drops in the a.m. I take them Before bed at night after my meal. My deal for trying the drops is for better absorption. Please take the drops in water or a juice. They are very bitter without liquid. I love this product been on it for about a month. It’s a long lasting product when you take it twice a day.

I have used BioTrace for years. My Mum stocks it at her shop: The Health Shop, Rotorua, NZ. Before it was available on Amazon, Mum used to have to send it to me where I live in Hawai’i.
