Can this be used as a replacement well pipe?

Sharkbite PEX-A is approved for potable water applications and can replace well pipe.

Can it be used to set up sprinkler system?

I am not sure that you would want to use this for a sprinkler system. It would depend on the type of soil conditions, climate, installation preparation and calculations for the load. I would be doing my research before using pex.

Where can i buy the pex-a 3/4 inch in a 500 foot roll?

Might could try a Ferguson plumbing supplier, was looking for prices myself and am a little surprised that it isn't sold in 500 foot rolls, at least not that i have found yet

Don’t use with sharkbite fittings.

The coating added to the tubing can peal apart which sometimes causes trouble with leaks when using sharkbite fittings. It’s not worth the hassle using this pipe with sharkbite fittings.
