Levoit HEPA Air Purifier for Bedroom Home, 34m² Coverage, Core Mini

I bought this for my bedroom in the hope it would reduce allergens in the air that cause me to cough and sniffle at night. I run it at full speed 24 hrs a day and the improvement is noticeable with me waking up with less sniffles, less coughing and less itchy eyes. On full speed it’s not the quietest, but if anything go the noise help me sleep. The slow setting is almost silent if that bothers you. The filter needs vacuuming at least once a week, such is the amount of duct it collects. Tye control is very simple, with one touch sense pad for power on/off and to set the speed, 1,2 and 3. No timers.

I like the MINI core. I can noticed the difference in air quality from when I went out & came back inside instantly. It doesn't take up too much space which makes it ideal for offices & rooms. It clears the air which is noticeable from the first moment you use it. 3 different settings of power in total so you can identify which one is suitable for you. Also it isn't too loud which is a bonus if using it during the night.

I’ve had this purifier for 4 months now, so this is my honest review based on having it for this length of time. My room is a dust magnet so I bought this so I could tackle the dust, as well as get a better nights sleep. It has definitely addressed those issues well! I don’t have to dust as often and having fresh air circulating whilst sleeping has improved my quality of sleep too. The ‘ultra quiet’ element is quite inaccurate in my opinion. The first of the 3 modes is definitely quiet. I can happily sleep with that noise and it’s just like having a very low fan on in the room. However, the second and third modes are considerably louder on my purifier. I only use these if I’ve just hoovered or dusted the room, or I’m not in the room entirely! I couldn’t sleep with these modes on and I doubt anyone else could for the matter. I’d also recommend to turn the purifier off and open your windows every month or so (or sooner if you prefer) as I found it better for the purifier to work on ‘new air’, instead of my room smelling a bit like the ‘old air’ had been circulating for too long (I hope that made sense). It also doesn’t use a lot of electricity, so having it on all of the time doesn’t weigh heavy on the conscience. That is my only concern though. Apart from the noise, I believe that it’s working effectively and I won’t hesitate to replace the filter in a couple of months! P.S The scent pad tray for essential oils is a bit of a gimmick. You’re better off just buying an oil diffuser!

Perfect for a smaller room and it’s very effective. I’ve noticed a very clear reduction in my allergies since having this on. You can hardly hear it when it’s on the first setting, only slightly on second setting and only a little noticeable on the strongest setting.

Omg this Levoit air purifier is amazing , read the reviews first and so thought I’d try it . Was not disappointed i got the small one which is more than enough for my living room and a lot bigger than it looks . Love the power settings and can feel the air clean . I have since Bought another one for the hallway and again the air feels clean when you come down the stairs . I prefer the plug in type not interested in a remote control one as this is fine for me . You won’t be disappointed. A great size for the smallest one and wouldn’t need Bigger for any of my rooms . Love the fact It has 3 settings . So happy with purchase which was quick and easy

Fabulous little air purifier. During wildfires this summer where smoke has been a big issue, I bought this small air purifier merely to be on the safe side. I placed it in a room that already had a larger and much more potent air purifier of a different brand in it. The result surprisingly exceeded all expectations and the indoor air became noticeably better with the two different air purifiers paired. I can warmly recommend this little air purifier, both as stand-alone and as a 'companion air purifier'.

I originally bought the Core 200 for the front room which works brilliantly i then decided i needed one for my bedroom so I bought the mini just to see how its works in a dusty bedroom im not disappointed this mini is great its just standard settings and I even leave it on at night if tou are worried about the fan keeping you awake at night DON'T BE this thing is really quiet on the 1st setting I have lung problems and tbh these have helped me a great amount glad I bought them now breathing is better im not coughing as much I think I've only sneezed a couple of times since buying them both and ive noticed a lot less dust

I picked up the Levoit Core Mini Air Purifier for my daughter's nursery, hoping its compact size would make it a perfect fit for a smaller room. After using it for a while, I've got some mixed feelings, but it definitely has its place. On the positive side, this unit truly lives up to its 'mini' name. It's incredibly simple and small, fitting discreetly on a shelf or bedside table without taking up much space at all. It's also remarkably quiet, even on its third setting, which is a huge plus for a nursery or bedroom where you don't want disruptive noise. (The fan is actually a smooth white noise) you barely notice it's there. However, my main reservation comes down to its overall effectiveness for anything beyond the tiniest of spaces. While it's quiet and small, I'm simply not convinced it's powerful enough even for a small 'box' room, let alone something like a standard nursery. The core issue is the complete lack of feedback. It has three fan speeds, but no display or smart WiFi capability to show the particle count or air quality improvement. This means there's no way to tell how effective it actually is at cleaning the air. You're left to just trust it's doing something, which can be frustrating when you're trying to ensure clean air for a child. It's also a shame it's missing an auto function that would adjust the fan speed based on detected air quality. Despite these drawbacks, I do think this air purifier offers good value for a desk setup or a very, very small, confined area. If you're looking for something to subtly filter the air right around your personal workspace or in a tiny closet, its quiet operation and small footprint make it suitable. But for anything larger, like a small bedroom or a nursery, you might want to consider a model with more power and, crucially, some form of air quality feedback.

Genuinely surprised with this product—don't let the price fool you. This air filter is small but mighty (at least smaller than other filters I've had), but it still does a great job filtering an average-sized room. What it lacks in smart features (no Wi-Fi/Bluetooth or app connectivity), it more than makes up for in functionality. The device is controlled with a single touch button. It is incredibly quiet, with almost no fan noise in any of the modes; especially on the lowest setting (Sleep mode), which provides clean air throughout the night with minimal noise (measuring at only 10dB by my measures). The filter also has a built-in carbon layer that works wonders with odors. I am very happy with this purchase, especially after having tried purifiers from more well-known brands.
