Bought this after a lung infection
The product is really nice. It indeed cleanses your sinus and nasal tract, hence allowing you to breathe better. I bought it after watching that FitTuber guy on youtube.I avoid using it daily, rather I use it twice or thrice every week just before going to sleep as I am a bit sensitive.You can also start slow by using it once a week or twice a week and then shift to using it on alternate days.
