Genuine parts like this bulb last well in a tough environment
The Osram Halopin G9 Oven bulb is exactly the correct part listed for my ten year old Miele H2561B oven. These bulbs last for about five years of regular use. That is good! I hope this third one does as well. Fitting it is fiddly, but with help from a torch and mirror, and with gentle patience, it locates in the correct alignment in the ceramic socket hidden in the roof of the oven. As always with a halogen capsule, do NOT touch the glass. I used the packing's inner envelope to protect the surface.
