I recently purchased this product, and I regret to say that it has been a complete disappointment. Initially, it seemed to work fine, but after a short period, it stopped charging altogether. Despite following all the troubleshooting steps and ensuring that the charger and power source were functional, the device simply refused to charge. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, as I relied on this product for my daily activities. The lack of durability and reliability makes it clear that this product is not worth the money. I strongly advise against buying it, as it has proven to be an utter waste of money and time. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more dependable alternative.

This curler was not only able to grab the multiple sparse layers of my upper lash line, but also managed to curl them in two separate areas from the base and the middle of my lashes. The design makes it easy to reach the lash line without pinching skin and only needs 5 seconds of squeeze time. There’s no need for batteries as this device is equipped with a usb charger. There’s barely any wait time once you turn it on. It reaches full heat in under a minute and includes a color change on the silicone lash pad, that changes from red to white, indicating it has reached full temp. The heat is not extremely hot like an iron, but it is warm enough to curl your eyelashes and will burn your skin if held there for too long. I used a clear mascara gel before using to create a natural no makeup look, which held for 16+ hours, only uncurling after I washed my face. I was shocked how long the curl held. This will easily become my makeup bag must-have.

I like this heated lash curler. I have straight lashes that point straight out. My lashes never hold a curl unless I use waterproof mascara as my first coat or leave my lashes curled but bare. With a regular curler I pump the curl from base to tip, but with this one that motion leaves crimps in the lashes. Instead I hold the curler close to the base of my lashes for about 5 seconds then opening the curler very slightly I swipe the heated curler up the length of my lashes while curling my wrist upward. This hasn’t pulled out any of my lashes. It can though, make sure to open the curler. Regardless of which curler, when I use waterproof mascara as my first coat then regular mascara for the second coat and the curl lasts 12+ hours. With a regular curler and regular mascara the curl droops immediately, but with the heated curler and regular mascara the curl lasts about 5-6 hours. This can be good for daily use so I don’t have to use waterproof mascara every day. The curler pad turns from red to clear when it’s warm and ready to use. This takes about 15-30 seconds. I turn it on while I’m finishing my eye shadow or brows. It can be a bit too warm if you put the curler on your skin. Get close to the base of your lashes without touching your skin. No burn marks were left, just a bit too warm to the touch directly on my lid. It comes with a charging cord. I like that I don’t have to use batteries. The package says the charge lasts 2 months. We’ll see how that goes. If you have snuffleuffugus lashes like I do then this heated curler may help you hold a curl for 5-6 hrs without having to use waterproof mascara or false lashes daily.

I heard about the heated curlers so I decided to try this one and it makes a world of difference! My eyelashes not only have a natural looking upward curl but it actually lasts all day! My eyelashes look so pretty and natural with an upward curl. I am so happy I bought this I would recommend it to anyone! I was impressed with how quickly this eyelash curler heats up, it really does take only 30 seconds to heat up as advertised. When fully heated, the lashes curl beautifully! I have sensitive skin so it doesn't get too hot even at high temperatures, but I let it heat up completely and then turn it off before curling my lashes. All in all, I like this heated eyelash curler.

Used for 3 months approx and the battery charges, says it is charged and the light is steady while plugged in but it won’t turn on anymore. The slide tab was getting pretty finicky at the end like it was not making full contact anymore. Sadness! This actually curled my lashes and I could not see them, when it did work!!!

I got this for my daughter for Christmas and now it won't charge. Is there anything that can be done? She uses it everyday and I actually just bought myself one last week. We love it! We just need it to charge. If it weren't for this it would definitely get 5 stars UPDATE******** After further evaluation, we were able to determine that the charging cord was not working. You absolutely need to use only the one that comes with it. So after charging it with my own Hebeca charger it is working. We love the lash curler. The seller reached out to offer a replacement/refund but I simply just need another charger. The curler itself is great. Thank you to the seller for reaching out with immediate solution offers. I've changed it to 5 stars because the seller was so attentive and thankfully the curler is fully functioning.

I don't think this really is any better than old fashioned eyelash curlers. While the heat would theoretically help the curl, they are too bulky to really get into the lash line for a good curl. I've had the most success using them to heat my lashes before curling them with an old fashioned eyelash curler, but it doesn't make enough of a difference to make it worth it. I get better and longer lasting curl from curling with a regular curler, applying mascara, allowing it to dry, then curling again and finishing with a final coat of mascara.

I have long lashes, but for whatever reason they grow like straight and downwards. Whenever I used other eyelash curlers they would curl it- but only for a couple hours and then they would go back to their natural state. I bought this because I wanted a curl that lasted rather than wearing extensions/falsies to create the impression of a curl. And it does it:) to address some of the other reviews: 1. The lash space isn’t less than the average eyelash curler. If you were fine with those, you’ll be fine operating this. 2. Obviously don’t press hard until after you do a soft press first and make sure it’s not gonna clamp your skin. I’ve never found the curler to be so hot that I felt unsafe using it near me eyes. 3. Personally I do a clamp at the lash base, curl it upwards and then continue going in little sections down the last to get a full curl. 4. It does many uses on only one charge. It looks amazing:) the lash curls last until I get them wet washing my face in the evening. I really like this product:) and would recommend it for those reasons. And I promise if it dies in a couple months or something I’ll come back and change my review 😉 but so far it does a really good job! Exactly what I wanted from it and worth the money:)

I I have very long eyelashes ( I have to trim them regularly) and need to curl them every day to stop them getting in my eyes .I have a few makes of heated eyelash curlers but these are definitely the best set I’ve tried . They curl them perfectly and it lasts all day . They’re also a very reasonable price

I cannot recommend this product enough! I tell everyone about it and recommend it to everyone I know, I can’t live without it now. Great charging life and transforms my lashes, people ask if I’ve had a lash lift just from using this - the curl lasts a long time and I’ve finally stopped using mascara everyday because of how good this makes my lashes look. I travel for work and this has managed to survive suitcases, makeup bags, handbags etc. I will NEVER go back to any other eyelash curler and will repurchase if it ever packs in. Bought another for my sister and considering buying another just as a back up.
