Can you use the water based product on a chimney that had been previously treated with a solvent based siloxane treatment?

Great question, as long as the previously sealed surface is capable of absorbing water it will soak in the SX5000WB(might not take as much sealer for a touch-up job).

Can I apply a second coat a week after the first coat?

I applied my second coat about 2 weeks after the first coat. The outcome was the same as expected as if the second coat was applied as directed. I did notice that in between the first and second coats, I observed areas not 100% sealed on my surface. However, this was completely rectified following the application of the second coat. After several downpours, my deck has remained completely sealed.

How effective for sealing existing exterior concrete walls showing signs of water damage.

Very effective. Used it on my brick chimney. Rain and snow seemed to slide right off with no absorbtion. Goes on clear so you can not see it.

It rained unexpectedly hours after applied and concrete lools discolored. Will it dry normal or stay discolored? How can we fix?

Give the surface several days to a week and re-evaluate to see if appearance improves. It's possible that the rain caused some of the active ingredients to migrate/build in certain areas. If the surface doesn't improve, please call Foundation Armor tech support M-F EST 9am to 5pm for assistance. There are sodium hydroxide cleaners capable of removing surface deposits(dark spots) if needed.
