Good but doesn't taste pine, however it does crystallise which mean it is real honey, but which flower?

Bee horrible
I think it is too sweet because it is a honey, nothing like nutella or any other nut spread. It is useless in cake making, you can't fill cakes with it because it is more liquid.If you mix honey with a small amount of nutella you will end up with this....
