I ordered a replacement several months ago and the one I got was serviceable but the buttons stuck and you often had to really mash them. Finally got tired of it and ordered these. Works straight out of the box you don’t have to program to tv. You will need batteries !

Everything works fine, the only thing I would have liked is for it to be solar powered like the one I originally had, but from then on it connects super fast.

Buttons responsiveness:Great

These remotes were IMPOSSIBLE to open to insert the batteries. I contacted Amazon and to return the things was more of a pain than tossing them. So I gave it another shot since it really didn't matter if the thing broke because I was so annoyed that I just going to throw them in the trash anyway. I actually had to give the unit a slight twist and I saw the tiniest opening where the back slips (or is supposed to slip) off and I forced my thumb nail into the opening with way too much force than should have been necessary to get it open so I could slide the back off the remote. Lesson learned. Why? Because I had to do the same thing with the second unit.

Amazing products

I haven't had these remotes for very long and they are already wearing out and not wanting to work. If I have time another day, I'll take a video to show how difficult it is to get the buttons to work having to hit and hold them repeatedly to activate a function.
