Best Replacement Corkscrew Spiral/Worm for Vertical and BestUtensils Wine Opener (3 Pack)

I have had a lever-based corkscrew for probably about 30 years, and I hadn't really noticed that the screw was losing its non-stick coating as the deterioration was so gradual. But recently it had lost so much of it I realised that getting the screw to go into the cork was becoming really quite a struggle. So I bought a pack of these, and I am so glad I did. Changing the screw was a lot easier than I expected: just unscrew a cap holding the old screw in place, pull out the old screw, put the new one in, and screw the cap back on. Couldn't be easier. My corkscrew is now as good as new again! It works so much better than it did. Of course, I can't guarantee that these are compatible with every kind of corkscrew, but they were a perfect fit for my one (which I've had for so long that I can't remember what the brand is, but I *think* it is a Screwpull).

I'm very pleased with these - they fit an original Metrokane Rabbit wine opener (definitely more than 20 years old), a number of others I tried did not.

I put one in my old corkscrew (a bunny one) and they now work really well.

Good product

I was a little dubious ordering these spirals, as reviews were conflicting. I can confirm that the spiral does fit into a Screwpull lever corkscrew BUT it does not take the cork out of the wine: it just slips through, so the spirals are totally useless and a waste of money.

Die Ersatzspiralen sind ganz okay ,nur der Preis ist zu hoch ! Aber wenn man sie benötigt bleibt einen nichts anderes übrig wie sie zu kaufen .

Tut was es tun soll. Ich wusste nicht ob es passt. Scheinbar sind diese Spiralen genormt.
