The burner is good and the glass is strong and scratchless. The burner itself has no noise and auto-ignition works perfectly on batteries. It is very easy to use Nd easy to install ourselves even though faber sent an installation expert to install it for the first time. The burner is quite safe and there has been no gas leakages in the last one year though it lacks an auto cut feature. we are satisfied after using it for almost one year. The delivery had some issues like the wrong model being delivered etc so we had to get it replaced twice. But post that the burner has been functioning flawlessly. The post sale service for faber is also satisfactory. So overall it has been a good experience

Great product

I received the Faber 3 Burner Glass Top Gas Stove . The outer package was in good condition, but after opening the box, I found that the glass top has multiple scratches. This is unacceptable for a brand-new product. The product appears to have been damaged before packing. I am disappointed with the quality and request a full return and refund.
