Will this clip on a bob jogging stroller and fit an iphone xr?

Fits cell nicely but cup bracket Slips... doesn't hold an upright position. Cup is not universal or large enough to hold all size diameter of bottles

Will this clip on Uppababy strollers? And iPhone 11 will fit?

I don’t know anything about that particular stroller but as long as there is a bar to connect to it should work. I placed an iPhone 11 in the cupholder and it fit fine. I don’t know if there are different sizes to the iPhone 11
