Taste is great! Quality ingredients! Invented by a doctor who promotes healthy ingredients. Mix to taste, because it could be too strong of a taste if less water is used. The price is a little expensive, but it does make a lot. I will have to provide an update of how long it lasts.

I like this electrolyte drink a lot. I knew it would be good as soon as I saw that the container was actually filled up, and not only halfway like a lot of other products…. Thanks for making a solid quality product.

Using this drink, I had ZERO negative symptoms on Carnivore... no Keto Flu!

I have been using for a while now and this seems like a near perfect electrolyte. Dr Ekberg Has been a great source of information on health and nutrition and this product delivers good nutrition. It is amazing how little is needed to be effective. I am looking forward to using this on multi-day bikepacking and backpacking trips. I can carry all the electrolytes I need easily now. One star off for being so expensive like all electrolytes. Despite that, I would argue it is a better value than others.

Very similar to Dr. Berg's except this one has 0 carbs or calories and somehow Dr. Berg's has 15 calories and 3 grams of carbs per serving which is disappointing. Never noticed it till now but definitely don't want extra carbs, especially when fasting.

The taste was ok, but the more I drink it the better it taste. Seem to help with cramps from not enough electrolytes
