This are great to build up your strength in your hands. I was advised to use them from my physio, and they are making quite a difference. Good quality and value for money.

Nachdem ich bei einem Freund einen Ball dieser Art sah, er entsprach von der Härte etwa dem blauen, und dieser Freund mir erzählte, dass er im Othopädiegeschäft so ca. 10 € bezahlt hätte, war die Sache klar. Die Dinger sind super und kosten nur einen Bruchteil dessen, was uns die so genannten Fachgeschäfte abknöpfen. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
