It has been 1 week and my goodness what a miracle worker. Those sudden moments of feelong like on fire have noticeably decreased. I started taking 2 in the am but then noticed at night time it would wear off. Changed to taking 1 at 7 AM another at 7 PM and boom I'm a functioning human being again. Lol. Highly recommend. I also started taking a additional adrenal support supplement adaptor for managing body stress,vitality energy. 10 out of 10.

My nails, skin, and hair have never been so healthy! I've tried other supplements but never really noticed a difference like I do with this one!

LifeSeasons Beau-T Hair, Skin, & Nails is one of those unsung heroic formulas that does SO MUCH GOOD. I was originally introduced to it 5 years ago when I broke my arm, and I thought it would help with all the tissue mending I needed (4 surgeries = a lot of tissue mending). Not only did my arm heal well, but my hair was growing in thicker (not so fine and brittle), and my nails were stronger than ever. I noticed the difference in my nails in just a few weeks! Since then, I have been ordering it directly from LifeSeasons, but they're out of it right now, so I ordered from Amazon, and it just arrived! Hooray! I really notice a different when I don't take it. It's no ordinary hair, skin, and nails formula!

I do notice a different when I take these. I think that the Biotin in them gets most of the credit.....however, if you research Zinc you will find that it probably has more effect on hair than biotin does..... This product does give you a very adequate dose of zinc along with biotin. It doesn't happen over night.....but I think after about full bottle you will see some positive improvement with hair. worth giving it a shot especially if you do not take a multi vitamin with adequate zinc.

I have used this product for several months and it really works. My nails had been splitting and peeling and breaking off so close to the quick that they hurt as well as looking awful. I saw a difference within 3 to 4 weeks after starting to take this 3 times a day as directed. They have grown long and much stronger. I certainly would recommend this to anyone with problem nails. I saw some improvement in my hair also but my nails have shown the most amazing results.
