Nordic Ware Charlotte Cake Pan, One Size, Gold & Bavaria Bundt Pan, 10-Cup, Graphite

I was so afraid the cake would come apart when released from the pan, but it did not. It came out very cleanly. The pans are very sturdy and look like they will last a long time if cared for well. The crevices are tricky to clean but not impossible.

I hoped it would be a small pan as indicated by several reviews. Beautiful design and quality from Nordic Ware. I have several older Nordic Ware bundt pans that are still in great shape and are great for parties.I’m looking forward to making smaller cakes, just for two people and don’t need the large bundt cakes. This way I can make my cake and eat it too….without having the extra calories. This is much easier than trying to make a traditional Charlotte cake. I think this will make several varieties of desserts.Checking to see if it’s okay to use in my InstaPot.

Perfect pan for making a lemon cake with lemon curd filling on top with some fresh berries as garnish. Can’t seem to upload the photo but it was gorgeous and tasted great too!

The attached photo is of a made from scratch Cherry Chocolate Chip cake that was still baking 10 minutes ago. Despite my recipe being fat free, my single layer cake flipped out of this Nordic Ware pan absolutely perfectly! 25 minutes at 350 degrees (without convection on) and then 10 minutes cooling before turning over produced a result worthy of a fancy dinner. Goodbye, plain rectangular bakeware! Nordic Ware makes my effort look spectacular! This heavy duty nonstick pan was surprisingly easy to clean, too. Overall, I love it! Thanks, Nordic Ware! ❤️

It’s way smaller than it looks. It’s a dessert for like 5/6 ppl max….But it couldn’t be of a better material. Strong, heavy, well done.

My cake was the hit of our gathering. With a spray of Bakers Joy and a pastry brush for crevices, my cake emerged from the pan with great ease. I love this product . Have joyfully added to my other Nordicware pans.

Molto bello lo stampo benché sia più piccolo di quanto mi aspettassi. Molto solido e ben fatto. Ne comprerò altri badando un po' di più alle misure ma di certo lo consiglio 😊
