No “break in” was needed. A little stiff and heel was slipping when I first put them on but within the first time wearing them they softened right up and the heel slipping stopped.

I’ve been eyeing these for a few months and was so excited to finally make the purchase. I’m a loyal doc girly so i knew I’d love them! They’re beautiful of course, but dude whyyyy are they damaged? I’m going to keep them i suppose because the shipping took a while but man am i disappointed. I’m hoping i can use leather polish to fix it or i guess I’ll just rock the damaged look? Bittersweet unboxing, hopefully I’ll get a partial refund or something
