This is our go-to liquid fabric softener. Downy always delivers. The free and clear is perfect for those with allergies or sensitive skin. This fabric softener leaves are closed nice and soft, are sheets inviting, and we are itch free. Very effective. My colors are protected and it is anti-static and reduces wrinkles. There is no scent and it comes out as a semi thick liquid. The bottle arrived in great shape without any leakage.

I wash and dry a lot of towels and the softener sheets and scented sandalwood fabric softener I've been using just didn't improve the fluffiness of the towels. I would say my cotton towels were becoming "crispy" and when that happens they start to tear easily! Now mostly I've stayed away from headache inducing artificially scented fabric softener so I was pleasantly surprised to find this completely unscented free and clear type of softener by a reliable brand. I figured it looked economical and worth a try! Sometimes it is the small daily things that make a person happy and when I took my towels out of the dryer today they were back to their teddy bear snuggliness and softness. When I piled up a few towels and compared it to the pile of towels that were already on the shelf, the ones I used this fabric softener on looked larger in volume. So yes, they do look fluffier. Make your soft and cozy laundry dreams come true! I did and I'm very happy with the results! I'd say this experience was a 10/10 and I'll get another bottle of this softener because I'm going to be using it nearly every day I do laundry! The bottle did not leak because the lid fits on tight and the towels had no scent to them at all! You will love this fabric softener! I am very sensitive to smells and allergic to a lot of stuff. This Downy has no real scent and seems to be really hypoallergenic. It softens my clothes and eliminates the static cling. This is a hard product to find where I live so finding it at a great price on Amazon and having it delivered to my door are just bonus points.

I wanted a fabric softener that would leave clothes feeling soft without adding a strong fragrance, and this does exactly that. It works well, rinses clean, and doesn’t leave laundry with an overpowering scent. I especially like that it’s free of perfumes and dyes. Clothes and towels come out soft and fresh without smelling like they’ve been saturated in fragrance. A simple product that does exactly what I need it to do.

Packaging was great. No concerns. I actually thought I'd bought laundry soap lol, but that's my fault for not properly reading though. Anyways smells good and my towels feel amazing.
