HIGH FLOW OIL PUMP: Lightweight motorcycle engine reduces friction wear and prolongs engine life. Aluminum alloy cylinder head and cylinder block improve heat dissipation ability, reduce weight and increase engine torque.
CRANKSHAFT: Engine low speed and high torque, crankshaft connecting rod adopts large diameter bearings, which improves the reliability of bearings.
LIQUID FILTER: The go-kart engine helps to remove solid impurities in the lubricating oil, which greatly reduces the wear and tear of the friction vice and prolongs the service life of the engine.
TRANSMISSION: Gy6 transmission is mainly composed of two speed change pulleys and two speed change belts. The compact and simple design of the transmission allows for seamless shifting between an infinite number of gear ratios, resulting in smooth acceleration.
FORCED AIR COOLED ENGINE: The outside of the cylinders are covered with metal fins, and the heat generated by the engine is released directly into the air when the cooling fan blows air across the fins. The engine has the advantages of simple construction, light weight, adaptability to climate change, quick starting and no need for a radiator.
