This pump, tubing and air stone set is terrific! Works GREAT!
I wanted an air pump and air stones for my pond. My pond consists of a partially buried 350 gallon stock tank, with a 20 gallon lined whiskey barrel waterfall, and a 55 gallon bio-filter. I mounted the air pump up high under my elevated deck, which is behind my pond. I made a shelf for the pump, drilled holes in that shelf for the electrical cord and tubing to route downwards. I also drilled additional holes under the pump for added ventilation. I placed a plastic shoe storage box upside down over the pump. I used four screws as "legs" to give the pump an added gap for ventilation while still giving it optimum protection from the elements. The hoses that are included are very nice quality. I ran these two hoses inside of 1/2" drip irrigation line and routed that parallel to the intake and outlet pipes for the bio-filter and buried all of the pipes. Running the air hoses inside of the drip irrigation line keeps the air hoses from getting pinched. For my specific need I then attached this drip irrigation line to a barbed fitting and that attached to 1/2" PVC pipe. I ran that pipe through the side of the stock tank through a 1/2" uniseal. The result is that the tubing is nice and safe inside of the drip irrigation line. It is buried. It is all HIDDEN. The pump is pretty quiet. It's not noticeable where I have it placed up under my deck. It's about 6 feet above the ground. The waterfall and my other water feature in the yard drown out any air pump sound. The pump puts out a decent amount of bubbles. My stock tank pond is two feet deep and the air stones are resting on the bottom. It's a good amount of aeration for this size of pond. I don't think that I would be impressed with this pump for a larger pond. This is really a large aquarium air pump. It's not going to do much for a large pond. For my purposes, which is about 375-400 gallons of total water volume, it is a perfect pump. If you have a BIG pond, you probably would be disappointed in this pump's performance. I doubt that it would produce much air if the air stones were in water more than two feet deep. Oh yeah, I thought I should mention that I ran this pump and air stones as a test BEFORE I installed it. There is NO difference in airflow after I installed it in the drip irrigation line and buried it. I thought some of you might think the performance was affected by my installation. It was not affected at all. To sum up: I am happy. I have a small pond. If you have a pond of 600+ gallons you would probably want to go with a more powerful set up. If your pond is in the thousands of gallons range then this pump would be very inadequate. I am 100% satisfied with this pump for MY size pond. When the pump dies I might replace it with this same one. We shall see. So far, so good...

Highly recommend! Going strong since 2021.
Going strong since August of 2021. I bought a back up just in case, but this aerator is still going strong. Been through several Wisconsin winters running 24/7. Zero issues. I put mine inside a watertight box and put the hoses out the holes normally for cords. It’s not particularly quiet but it’s outside so I don’t notice it that much. Was super easy to set up. Highly recommend!

Works well and comes with plenty of tubing
I purchased this is a backup aerator for when I have to do maintenance on the pump of my 370gallon pond. The pump puts out a good volume of air and the airstones diffuse well. It's also very quiet. I can't comment on 24/7 use, but for my purposes it's worked really well.

very unhappy
I should of read all the reviews, I got the four outlet unit and after two days half of it stopped working. I contacted Amazon by chat and was told I could not get a replacement. I told them I could not believe that after two days that they will not replace it. They then told me that was their policy and I said find someone that can replace it. The next thing I knew I was chatting with someone else and they are now replacing it. The new one should arrive in two days. I will give a follow up when I get the new one after about a week. Got the replacement as promised and put it in with out any problems. The new one worked fine for about 4-5 days and then started making a loud noise and it just kept getting louder and louder. Finally one of the two air ports that I was using the air volume slowed down and stopped. Sending it back for a refund. Save your money. I don't know if it is just the units coming from Amazon because I checked the reviews on you-tube and they are rated fair. The hose always wants to float and it will drag the air diffuser across the pond. With more research I have found that a septic tank aerator works very good for ponds also. They are meant to operate 24/7 and last for years. If you look at the picture you can see one of the brackets that hole the diaphragm part of the pump is broken off. One picture shows the complete bracket the other is broken. The pump also smelled really hot!! Got one from "The Pond Guy" and is really nice, very quit and it comes with weighted hose that does not float up. It did cost about twice as much but I guess you get what you pay for. The rebuild kids are only $10 so you will make back a lot on the rebuilds, the rebuild for this one was $45 so you save$35 every time you rebuild and both companies say you should rebuild 6-8 months. Follow-up.. after four months the one I got from the Pond Guy is still working great. Still not making any noise and working great, save your money and do not purchase the Aquascape!!! The replacement parts for maintains is at least half the price for the Aquascape. Yes the Pond Guy unit did cost more but you save that back to maintain the unit.

This aeration pump lost all its power after just 2 months of use in an outdoor pond. The discs were cleaned as instructed in the company video with vinegar and a brush but that didn't help. There is no after-sales service of this product in India, nor do you get any spare parts, especially if you buy from STS Shop (seller) who refused to help. I bought this because i thought its a good brand but it couldn't even aerate my 3000 Litre tank. Instead, go for an Indian make or a Hailea pump.

I purchased this pump kit in 2019. I use it to keep a patch of water clear over the winter months. Winter in southern Ontario usually results in the whole pond area freezing over and being covered in snow. It is essential that I have a reliable pump to keep my 23 (approx.) goldfish alive. It runs 7/24 for about seven months each year. In extreme cold conditions the pond will ice over, but the pump keeps forcing air into the water. In four years I have not lost a single goldfish! The pump is under cover to protect it from moisture, but is outside and subject to all winter temperatures. The only mishap one year was when a mouse chewed through one of the lines, but the remaining line kept going. I now run the lines through a length of garden hose. I intend to use it again next winter, but am concerned that at 5 years I may be pushing my luck. I plan to buy another (without hesitation) and run both together.
