is device bluetooth-compatible with iphone 6?

While I personally no longer have an iPhone 6, it should be compatible.

Can you still plug in a cord for a headphone jack?

They are a birthday gift for my son for September 27 so they are still in the box.

Does the anc work while wired?

Haven’t tried, but I see no reason it shouldn’t. That’s for input from a playback device and should not change the mode the headphones are otherwise in.

Volume at max still very quiet, am I missing something? Are they supposed to be not very loud?

Use the app to adjust equalizer. If that doesn’t help i suspect a problem with headphones
