Perfectly working computer with hardware and software installed as mentioned in product display on Amazon.People in the field of computers and electronics know that parts of items are not reliable no matter which high brand or cost is.The computer hard disk failed almost after 8 months of purchase.I called up the vendor & mentioned to him about it. Most impressive part was he said whatsapp me invoice details and he said he will send me another hard disk. He dispatched a new hard disk to my address same day of my complaint as it was under warranty at no cost. He had installed the softwares in the new hard disk. I received hard disk in couple days and the system is working perfectly.Vendor responds to whatsapp messages immediately and supports and helps very promptly and very customer friendly.Appreciate and recommend the vendor strongly. I never knew it would be so easy.
