The product is good. Service is nice. I like the way it is planned as they will ask u about the details before sending the person like dimensions and all. Easy to use. Looks nice. Just be cautious with the installation guy named Santosh Kumar. He will befooled you about the specifications of the lock to earn extra money. Rest it’s worth buying.

Defective product~pathetic post sales service
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this electronic lock company has been nothing short of infuriating. I have been waiting for a proper resolution since last week, and not a single person has reached out to genuinely help me. Instead, I am stuck in an endless loop where all the so-called customer support does is repeatedly ask for videos of the malfunctioning lock, offering no real solutions or fixes.This has been an ongoing ordeal, and my frustration has only grown with each passing day. The lack of professional support is alarming, especially considering how unpredictable these locks can be. If you ever forget your manual key—or heaven forbid, your power bank—you risk getting stranded outside your own home with no reliable assistance from this company. The online support is essentially non-existent when you need it most.If you value your peace of mind, think twice before choosing these locks. You’re better off carrying your manual key and a power bank everywhere or, better yet, looking elsewhere for a product that’s backed by actual post-sales service. Buy at your own risk—because help certainly won’t be coming when you need it.
