Very well machined and designed grinder. The magnetic handle sleeve snaps into place with precision and the catch cup screws on perfectly every time. I'm grinding somewhere between espresso and pour over is giving great results in my aeropress. Grinding requires a little effort but is 30 odd seconds for my 14g (haven't timed it!). I was looking at the 1ZPresso models for nearly double the price and was worried this would feel "cheap" by comparison but it doesn't and is great to use in the mornings. Feels solid and has some nice touches like the little rubber stopper to keep the handle from rubbing against the body. Offers very good value for the money in my opinion.

I bought an Aeropress as a cheap way of making coffee while camping (£30 and great reviews), and I was so impressed by the great coffee it made that I joined an Aeropress Facebook group and cheap went out the window. Thermostatic kettles, expensive beans, and a quality hand grinder are, it turns out, all essential components to a great coffee. So I asked in the FB group for recommendations for a grinder, and the Timemore Chestnut was the most recommended. The quality is great - it feels really premium and well made. Grinding is effortless, it’s easy to clean, and it looks good. It’s small, but one load of beans is perfect for one cup, so it makes a great accompaniment to the Aeropress. I highly recommend this grinder (and the Aeropress!)

A small hand held coffee bean grinder akin to excellence !!! Our ritual of “coffee?” “”Yes please!” Every morning has been heightened by the aroma of freshly …might I say , expertly, ground coffee beans. Oh the smugness in our house now !!! Organic beans ! Freshly ground! Raw milk. Touch of cream ! It’s a taste of heaven. Sadly we never go out for coffee anymore as we look at a cafe and think “nahhhh …. I can make better at home !!” We have finally turned into old people content in our habits. Highly recommend the grinder if you’re willing to leave your rock and roll years behind ! Sex and drugs optional !

Great grind but the circumference of the mill would be much more comfortable to hold if it were larger.

I was daunted by the prospect of having to set up a new grinder. But the instructions & guidance for different types of brewing equipment were easy to follow and it was quick and easy. The grinder is sturdy and very smooth to use. The only thing is, the grinds chamber is a little on the small side, but with this quality I’m can handle this! Definitely not for travel, but a great tool for at home, if you prefer having freshly ground beans for your coffee every morning!

It’s solid. Made well. Grinds coffee beans nicely. Doesn’t receive Channel 4, so I have to resort to my TV for that.

Beautifully made, very solid and nice to use, buy it you won't regret it.

Haven't had much experience with grinders, but this has a great feel to use, and have enjoyed the coffee I've made with it!

This is a great coffee grinder. It did come with some stuff in it that looked like it was used. But we were on vacation when we ordered it. We cleaned it out and my hubby figured out how to change the grid on it and he loves how easy it is to use.
