There are 4 separate packages in the one tall box. Inside has a stack of them but no they are not individually wrapping one or two at a time.

are these full size or mini?

Full size and they are wonderful.

Is it kosher ? What kind of mono, di glyceride are you using?

Here is what I find when I check their website. “Stroopwafels are halal, as they do not contain any E-numbers from animal sources. Our butter is made from cow's milk. Our stroopwafels are not labeled as kosher, but our facility is kosher-ready and kosher stroopwafels are made upon request under rabbinical supervision.”
