They never fell all the way down, but i did pull them up a couple of times. Fairly tight below the knee - they did not come up over the knee.

Hello, I got them for my thin 5 foot 14 year old & they are too high up to almost her thighs. I guess it depends on how high you want them to be. I think they would come up to your knees. Hope I helped..Andrea
