Really good machine and easy to put together and easy to use and work out

I've had this vibration plate for a few days. Instructions aren't great, however, I have found that by playing around with the settings, I have found a strength and time that is suitable for me. If using the pre set programmes, it does beep every minute. This is good if you only have a few minutes to exercise and are trying to do things safely without looking down and potentially injuring yourself by losing balance (if you have balance issues). I have found that by selecting my own time and strength, there is no beeping. Vibration is quite strong and by standing straight, you can feel the machine work your back and upper core muscles without you having to do anything else. If you have lower limb issues or back issues consult your doctor before using. I have yet to use it for my arms and just sitting on it, but so far I can squat and feel stronger in my knees and thighs.However, if you really want to get good results with this machine, a healthy diet and regular use are a must. It's not a miracle cure and don't expect overnight results! Wait for the machine to fully stop before getting off and give yourself a few seconds as you will feel wobbly still.

This is my first vibration plate and it seems to do the job. Only had it one week but I've used it 15 minutes every evening and my muscles feel tight the next morning. I don't understand how you're supposed to jog on it as this would be quite noisy and awkward but there are plenty of exercise ideas online which I've been trying - squats etc. I bought this for my maternity leave to help me shed the baby weight as I struggle with this whilst breastfeeding due to increased appetite. Its a fun and relaxing way to squeeze some exercise into life after my older child goes to bed, and it does also help with all the aches and pains you get from carrying a newborn around and sitting up to feed in the night. I'm also hoping this will help with diastasis recti which I'm doing physio for. It was the cheapest one I could get as it had a voucher discount when purchased and it seems fantastic for the money. I do have a few gripes though: 1, the beeping and voice when I turn it on / change speeds is very loud, unnecessary and annoying, I am always worried it will wake my baby. 2, the instruction book tells you nothing about the exercise programs - such as how many there are or what they are designed for targeting. 3, the resistance bands it comes with have metal carabiners that grate against the sides of the plate when used - so more annoying clanking and noise that might wake the baby! Plastic ones would be a better solution and I might look into getting some I can replace the metal ones with. All in all though I can't complain for what I paid, delivery was quick and it's light enough to lift when I want to store it away after use. If I see good results using this I may decide to upgrade to a pricier and quieter vibration plate though!

Instructions are rubbish, and the voice isn’t understandable but that doesn’t stop you using the machine.I’ve had the wondercore one and this one is better, it definitely gives more leg muscles a workout as the programs vary so you can feel all the different muscles from the tops to the bottom of your legs been worked.The magnetic footplates can get uncomfortable if your stood for longer periods of time but due to it vibrating it should only be used in small bursts of 10-15 minutes anyway.Definitely worth buying,

I had no opportunity to even try this product as the second I plugged it in there was a huge bang and a spark and all the electrics in the downstairs of my home went out. I am furious. As you can see, I now have a plug socket that I am unable to use (one that I use constantly normally) and so now have to pay for an electrician to come and fix it. And I haven't even got to try out the product! I cannot believe that sellers are allowed to send out items that clearly have not been through electrical checks. I am now too scared to order another one from elsewhere as I feel very mistrustful of the sellers on here. I will stick to walking for exercise from now on..... EDITED to say that I contacted the seller and within 24 hours he had given me a refund- really good service hence my increase from one to three stars.
