The only differences between the 250 and 260 are the amount of codes they can store and the 260 has Microban. Anti microbial coating.

Q: Does this lock have a master code that allows you to delete & add a user code when renters move?

Yes it does. You can set up a separate user code for renters, neighbors, family etc
