Absolutely love these socks - they are my favorite and I will continue to buy them as long as they make them. Comfortable, perfect size, last a really long time, and stay in place no matter what type of shoe I'm wearing.

These are pricey but are very well made. I have 3 pairs and they will probably last me forever. I decided to quit having so many workout socks and trying to find the mates. Now I have two designs & that’s it. No more digging in the laundry for a particular sock. As I said, these are made really well. They conform to your fit and do fit snugly. I have a high instep so sometimes, if my workout is longer, they’ll start to bother me and I have to take my shoe & sock off, to give my foot a break. The seams are stitched well & I don’t find myself adjusting where the little toe is. I just put them on and they fit every curve of your foot. They are not thick,( but have a teeny it of thickness at the ball of your foot.) , so they won’t make your shoe fit tighter. The material is perfect and it doesn’t bunch up anywhere. I think the design is awesome. I have washed them zillions of times and they fit the same and the color has not faded. Really good product

These socks are fantastic! They fit perfectly, offering comfortable compressive arch support that feels great during long runs. The thick sole provides excellent cushioning without being too bulky. After extensive use, a few consistent patterns emerge.Performance:- Fit and Compression: Tight, particularly around the toes—closer to a half-size small. I recommend sizing up. A medium was too tight and had to be donated.- Thickness and Protection: Thicker than comparable brands (Danish Endurance, Timberland), particularly at the heel and toe. Excellent for impact protection, which makes them suitable even for boots and heavier shoes.- Moisture Wicking: Strong but not dramatically superior to other high-performance options; notably better than standard polyester blends.Durability:- Real-world lifespan is 12–18 months. Thread splitting typically begins around the 10–12 month mark, with large holes appearing by month 14.- Even after major wear, ribbing and arch support areas often remain intact, keeping the socks usable for lighter use.- Shoe fit likely impacts wear rate—friction points accelerate breakdown more than general fabric fatigue.- No real apparent decline of quality with washing (always cold, medium or gentle cycles, and low-heat drying)Cost Considerations:- Balegas are expensive relative to competitors. Cost-per-wear is roughly double compared to brands like Danish Endurance or Timberland.- I ultimately supplemented my rotation with Danish Endurance ultra-thin running socks—less flashy, but at nearly half the cost.Verdict:Balegas deliver superior fit, comfort, and targeted protection, but at a premium. If maximum softness, cushioning, and a perfect running fit matter most, they’re worth it. If cost-per-use and longevity are your priorities, Perhaps look elsewhere.

The fit is amazing they look Great the quality is so good and the colors are fun. They also last forever.
