Is this easy to tie knots in? Or how do you finish your jewelry using plastic cord?

When your finished and are knoting the cord apply a small amount of super glue or super glue type adhesive to the knot. It will further secure it and stop the knot from slipping/undoing itself. I use a double sewing knot to secure all of the bracelets I make.

Would this work for necklaces? My daughter (10) creates jewelry using the glass or stone beads you'd find at Michael's.

It's a jewelry cord, so why wouldn't it work? My niece uses this and it works for her jewelry-making. However, it breaks easy, so I wouldn't recommend it for things she may wear every day.
