Great deal and quality for the price
This was a good buy. The quality of the travel case was great. It was not cheap or thin, and will not collapse, it had some sturdiness to it. Yet it was soft enough to not break anything inside. Can be packed in a suite case and not effect whats inside because of weight or pressure. The ice packs were the cutest. I am actually going to buy two more, ice packs, because of their size and the price. Great for bottles, soft drinks, etc, fit easily inside the freezer, not clunky or large. They wont leak or be punctured easily. Great deal. Looked good. Nice quality. Deff worth it

Perfect
This was exactly what I needed for a day trip, it wouldn't stay cold for more than 8 hours thought (I don't think)

Chart is accurate
I've been testing this a few times over several days as the packs need to be frozen overnight. I tested at 2, 4, and 6-hour intervals, with an overnight freeze for each one, since opening the case would invalidate the following. The chart in the product description is accurate. At 6 hours the internal thermometer measured 48 degrees Fahrenheit. The case was kept at room temperature (72 degrees). So if it is hotter it may decay faster. Note the gel becomes liquid fairly quickly but as its freezing temperature is below water's, will stay cooler longer. The case is relatively firm, resisting pressure at the corners well, about 10 lbs of force. It has two stacked web pockets on one side, and space for an independent trifold wallet on the other. It is lined with silver foil, generally the least expensive thermal lining and prone to tearing. But it is taut against the material so you'd have to take something sharp to it to do so, and it is the thinnest which is important for air travel. The two zippers have a good-size pull and travel smoothly. There is a small lanyard to aid carrying it.The wallet has a pocket in each portion with a slim cooler gel packet. That way, when folded, there are multiple cooling layers. The center portion has pockets for medication. The left portion has a thermometer, so you don't need a breakable glass version. It's well-designed and manufactured for a good price point (currently a lucky $18.88).

Good for a day trip, need more space for vacation
Hello friends, I selected this blue insulin pen travel cooler for heat sensitive medication. This is a really nice medication cooler. I do wish it was a little bit bigger though. It has enough space for a day's need, but if you're on vacation, I wish you could carry a few more supplies in it with extra pens. I like the color because it's bright and catches your attention. We haven't had it in an extreme heat situation but for daily use it's been just fine and keeps cool.
