After FedEx delayed the 2 day shipping during a severe heat wave, the company sent out replacements since most of the original batch unfortunately didn’t make it. Great response from the seller! On top of that, the ladybugs did exactly what they were supposed to do and eradicated the aphids on our fruit trees and other pest bugs in our garden! Nature’s pesticide! Safe, cute and it’s fun to watch them do their job! They will take off when the food source runs out. Highly recommend and would order from them again.

Ladybugs are the best thing to balance your garden. I release them every year in Northern CA wine country to help keep my property free of mites and aphids. They are an integral part of making my gardens grow without pesticides. The packages came ready to open, 90% of the ladybugs were alive and thriving. Happy with the results so far!

I have always released ladybugs. I will say first that my experience with delivery has been uneven. HOWEVER, this set of ladybugs was very nice. The ladybugs were alive which has been more than a challenge in the past. Seems like there were a lot in each bag. 1500 exactly who knows but definitely a very large number. Our little friends were active and took well to dormanting in the fridge. They seemed happy if one can tell this. In any case while I am not dinging for the high shipping fee which seemed pretty standard ups, tgey did get here. Some of this is really due to my efforts to forecast the weather so they shipped during a more moderate temp week. The other was tracking them closely and ensuring I got to the little friends quickly from mailbox. The best part was that they shipped on a Monday. Its a massacre when shippers send on a Thurs or Fri and the sit with USPS in a hot lockup over a weekend. Anyway this was a very positive experience, I am not sure the high shipping really did anything for a lightweight package mostly my efforts and the seller shipping early in the week but happy with the experience and will use this seller again but would appreciate a bit better shipping costs. May be part of a process to reduce dollars on returns by adding to shipping. No sure but again they key point is great ladybugs, great service and very happy as our the new garden friends who will only be with us a short tome then move on into our neighborhood to provide joy and pest control. Solved my problem immediately! No pesticides needed! Ladybugs arrived as scheduled, we’re easy to store until I was ready to release them, and so fun to release!

Ordered these 3000 ladybugs for a tree with aphids. Shipping was fast but Fed Ex didn't ring door bell so ladybugs sat on porch for hours and ants got to them. I was so upset and sad but contacted the company and a new batch of 3000 ladybugs was shipped right away. They sent me a fed ex tracking number so I could watch for them. Got new batch of live and very active ladybugs. We added them to our tree at 6am the next day and they went to work. Great customer service and great ladybugs!

Unfortunately, most of the ladybugs arrived dead. The ones that survived seem to be doing their job, which I appreciate. Money is tight, so receiving so many dead ladybugs was disappointing and not what I expected. 🐞

Arrived early. Loved opening pkg and seeing ladybugs crawl out. Let out the very evening received them. A quarter of them were dead when arrived but was expected. But...didnt expect another quarter dead the next morning. After 2 days, I find none around. Will probably try again earlier in my garden season.

So we bought these to control aphids in our yard, I didn't realize what they were until it was too late. I bought them last year, but there were too many aphids, even for this many ladybugs. I was fascinated when they arrived two mesh bags with 1500 each. I just opened the bags and sat them next to my milkweed plants and let them crawl out. I have to say they all crawled out. There were no dead ladybugs, even after shipping from the West Coast to Michigan. They put up a good fight last year and did make a little dent in the craziness of the aphids. This year I started early and I think I will order every two months through the fall. It's fascinating to watch these ladybugs attacking and eating those aphids though, and I didn't know ladybugs can live so long some up to three years, depending if they can find shelter during the winter. Honestly, though I released 3000 in the fall and did not see signs of any coming back this spring. These arrive, healthy and hungry for aphids lol
