So the lady bugs arrived yesterday. We put them in the garden last night and some were dead (like maybe 25%), I assumed some would arrive dead, like how can you ensure 100% survive? Also, I let the kids help and one of the first things my kid did was hulk smash them in the bag so.... there's that. A couple also flew away almost immedietly, at no fault to the company. I was surprised to find this morning a significant number still remained and couple of them were doing "piggy back rides" as the kid put it. I'll take that as a good sign maybe they will repopulate. All in all, I think for $15, if all it is was a fun science experiment for the kids and they demolish the aphid population, it was a good deal.

This product is an excellent alternative to pesticides if you have a white aphid infestation in your leafy trees and bushes. I bought it twice in two weeks, hoping to establish a ladybug population around my weigelas, cherry laurels, and holly. After watering the yard, I released the ladybugs, and they immediately went to work devouring any white aphids they encountered. Within 24 hours of the second release, my aphid problem was completely resolved.

Arrived safely and looks like 95%+ are alive and well! I let them loose on the tomato, rose, oregano and pepper plants. Very happy with them. There are much more than the photos show, they move all over -fast, but look on the side of the raised bed, you will see a few happy clusters.

After FedEx delayed the 2 day shipping during a severe heat wave, the company sent out replacements since most of the original batch unfortunately didn’t make it. Great response from the seller! On top of that, the ladybugs did exactly what they were supposed to do and eradicated the aphids on our fruit trees and other pest bugs in our garden! Nature’s pesticide! Safe, cute and it’s fun to watch them do their job! They will take off when the food source runs out. Highly recommend and would order from them again.

Super cool. all those live ladybugs. Let them loose in my raised garden and haven't seem them since. While they are good for gardens, we can't control where they go. I'm sure my neighbor with her overgrown back yard is probably loving the fact these ladybugs are eating the unwanted bugs.

I have always released ladybugs. I will say first that my experience with delivery has been uneven. HOWEVER, this set of ladybugs was very nice. The ladybugs were alive which has been more than a challenge in the past. Seems like there were a lot in each bag. 1500 exactly who knows but definitely a very large number. Our little friends were active and took well to dormanting in the fridge. They seemed happy if one can tell this. In any case while I am not dinging for the high shipping fee which seemed pretty standard ups, tgey did get here. Some of this is really due to my efforts to forecast the weather so they shipped during a more moderate temp week. The other was tracking them closely and ensuring I got to the little friends quickly from mailbox. The best part was that they shipped on a Monday. Its a massacre when shippers send on a Thurs or Fri and the sit with USPS in a hot lockup over a weekend. Anyway this was a very positive experience, I am not sure the high shipping really did anything for a lightweight package mostly my efforts and the seller shipping early in the week but happy with the experience and will use this seller again but would appreciate a bit better shipping costs. May be part of a process to reduce dollars on returns by adding to shipping. No sure but again they key point is great ladybugs, great service and very happy as our the new garden friends who will only be with us a short tome then move on into our neighborhood to provide joy and pest control. The first delivery was bad. They were dead. I must admit it was 100 degree days in Texas. I called the company and they replaced them. That shipment came in alive. I put them on my huge Crepe Myrtle Trees to stop the syrupy stuff that rains out of them. It comes from aphids. Within in a week I stopped dripping. Well worth the price.
