These were so great when I was pregnant and constantly having pelvic pain! They really helped and were pretty comfortable to put on. You could attach them to your underwear to secure them to make it easier to keep them where they are supposed to be for the ice pack. I will say since I had a c section I did not use them postpartum but would be great for moms who delivery naturally!

Post Hysterectomy these crotch popsicles, as we call them, are a must for exceptional topical pain relief! I wish I had them after childbirth as I have unfortunately been reminded of my episiotomy pain with this latest surgery. The contour, flexibility and size is perfect to directly apply long lasting cold and pressure; as opposed to the numerous other cooling pads available. The covers somehow disappeared in my hs, so I just wrap them in a soft cloth.

These ice packs are meant for male or female after he surgery. I got them as reusable ice packs. They have held up through a month of constant use. They would probably work the same as peas, but then you don’t have to throw away the peas and you’re growing doesn’t smell like peas.Don’t do surgery without them and don’t do Surgery without UW! Unless of course you would like to do it again.

I loved having these for my postpartum recovery! And I now use them for inside my child’s car seat or stroller bassinet to help keep her cool in the heat! And they have been amazing! They just don’t stay freezing cold for very long! They are easy to keep clean with the washable covers and the plastic on the ice pack!
