The Amazon supplier did not supply this book as it was out of stock, however I did purchase it from Abe Books. I am a community nurse and was advised by someone at the hospice to buy it as it is very helpful, though it does show the graseby pump which we no longer use, but the reason I purchased it was for the drug regimes and compatibilities
