Overall Rating: 4/5 Stars "The product quality and packaging are excellent (4/5), but the digital clock I received is defective. Every time I switch to the digital time display, it automatically jumps to a different date and month. I would like a replacement for this item. However, if the replacement unit has the same technical issue, I will be requesting a full refund."
