Can I trim the edges of this panel? I need one thats less than 19.25. The solar panel collecting part is almost 1.5 inches away from the edge.

I am not an expert, but I would strongly discourage you from doing this as it may cause permanent damage to panel and render it inoperative. If you need a panel with different dimensions, I suggest you search and find one that meets your needs.
