Q: How many come in one order?

You'll receive 1 huge oyster which contains many pearls. They are all similar in color, my granddaughter's contained around 15 or so pastel pink and some white pearls.

Q: The question is, is it stinky once opened?

Mind smelled VERY, very bad. I’m not sure if that’s a problem. I’ve had other pearl oysters 6-7 times and they all smell, but not quite like this one.

Not sure they are small but around 20 of them.
