I'm leaving a 5 star review here because this kava definitely works. It's quite strong. Unfortunately, it made me (and a friend of mine who drank it with me) sleep most of the next day. I was super groggy and didn't feel great. The initial effects were indeed relaxing. I started to feel sleepy almost immediately. I'm not a kava expert, and this was my first experience. It's just a bit too sleep inducing for my taste.

Fairly good kava! Not as strong as Fijian, but pretty smooth. I actually got more of an effect when put in a blender with coconut water for a minute before pouring into a strainer for squeezing. Good for the cost.

I am so lit rn, damn. This is the strongest kava I've ever had, way better than the other brands and for half the price. Kalm with kava and kavafied are $39, this is only 25 and it's twice as potent. You only use 2-4 tablespoons and it's way stronger than the other ones at the same dosage. I'll be buying this one for now on, you got yourself a new customer 💯👌

In the past, I found Tongan kava to be notably strong, with a nice hint of unsweetened chocolate flavor.But this tastes like generic Fijian kava. Plus, it's weak. Weaker than the run of the mill Fijian. Not worth the extra money!

This brand of Kava is always consistent with the strength and grind quality. Great social lubricant and makes your cares melt away!

I purchased this product because the one I was purchasing was expensive .This had a better price point .However I found it does not have any effect on relation. I take on empty stomach as well .not a fan at all .going to return to my koi kava tonga .

To call this mediocre would be kind. There is no numbness in the mouth, it permeates the a mesh strainer too easily, the overall effect is meh, and for the price, there are better options out there.
