I’ve been taking NatureWise Fish Oil for a while now, and I genuinely feel it has helped with my joint discomfort and overall inflammation. I have autoimmune-related joint pain and frequent back pain, and since taking this supplement, I’ve noticed my joints feel less achy and stiff. The biggest thing that convinced me it was helping was when I had to stop taking it for a week before surgery. During that time, I could definitely tell a difference! And my joints felt more uncomfortable, and even my skin seemed less healthy and hydrated. Once I started taking it again, I noticed improvement. Another huge plus is that there is no fishy taste or smell, which has been an issue for me with other fish oil supplements. Occasionally I get a mild lemony burp, but it’s not unpleasant and is far better than a fishy aftertaste. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and plan to continue purchasing it. Great quality fish oil that has made a noticeable difference for me.

I’ve been taking these daily and really like them. The softgels are easy to take, and I especially like the lemon flavor because it doesn’t leave that strong fishy taste afterward. So far, I’m very happy with them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought these mainly to help with my skin and nails, and after only about 15 days, I can already see a noticeable difference. I take a prescription medication that makes my skin incredibly dry, so I was hoping these would help. Since I started taking them, my skin has improved so much and doesn’t feel nearly as dry. I’ve also noticed my nails aren’t chipping like they used to, and they’re finally starting to grow. I was hesitant to buy these because every omega-3 supplement I’ve tried in the past left a terrible fishy aftertaste. Thankfully, that’s not the case with these at all! They’re completely tasteless—no fishy taste going down and no unpleasant aftertaste afterward. I’m so glad I gave these a try. They’ve exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely keep buying them. Overall, this seems like a genuinely solid omega-3 supplement and I’d give it 4 stars, but buyers should absolutely understand one thing before ordering: These capsules are horse pills. 😄 The ingredient profile itself looks great: * high EPA/DHA amounts * added Vitamin E * lemon flavor * large supply size * fish oil sourcing that at least appears more quality-focused than bargain-bin options I mainly picked it up as part of a broader daily health and nutrition routine, and from a supplement standpoint it seems to do exactly what it’s supposed to do. One thing I especially appreciated is that the lemon flavor does help reduce the nasty fishy aftertaste and “fish burp” problem that some omega supplements are infamous for. The bottle size is also excellent for the price since it lasts quite a while before needing replaced. My only real complaint is simply the capsule size. These things are huge. If you already struggle swallowing larger softgels, this may be a challenge. Once you get past the size issue though, the product itself seems high quality and easy enough on the stomach during use. Overall, this feels like a very solid omega-3 supplement with strong ingredient amounts and good value, just be mentally prepared for the absolute unit-sized capsules inside the bottle.

First time buying fish oil on Amazon. I’ve been dealing with some autoimmune flares. Hooray to getting older. Anyways, after researching, it is known that omega 3 fatty fishes are your best bet when it comes to decreasing inflammation. I bought this as more of a fail safe in times when I either don’t or didn’t meet my weekly intake through meals, I can toss one of these bad boy back. Packaging was great, everything was sealed appropriately with opening the lid and even after when you have to remove the seal under the lid. There wasn’t any smell which is nice but I still placed it in the fridge as prevention. I’ve taken it on a full stomach more than once which apparently my husband says is a bad idea because of fish burps but yea, that didn’t happen and I haven’t fact checked him on that which I don’t really care to do so since I haven’t had that issue. Also, with keeping it refrigerated, I feel like it makes the pill even smoother to swallow. There’s no aftertaste either. Will buy again.
