Excellent for diaper rash- and just as useful for skin folds
I’ve used Boudreaux’s Butt Paste for years. Originally I bought it when my kids were in diapers, and it was one of the few products that consistently cleared up stubborn diaper rash and protected irritated skin. I still keep it on hand because I’ve found it’s also excellent for irritation in skin folds during hot weather or when moisture causes chafing. It’s very thick, so it stays where you apply it and creates a protective barrier instead of rubbing off immediately. Pros: * Very effective for moderate to severe irritation * Thick barrier that lasts for hours * A little goes a long way * Multi-purpose beyond diaper rash Things to know: Because it’s so thick, it can take a little extra effort to wash off, but that’s also why it works so well. Very effective
It is definitely a little pricey but very little amount of paste is required, its been over 6 months and i still have almost full of the container. My baby is 6 months old and never had a rash all thanks to this butt paste.

Keep extra on hand, best product
Probably bought 10 containers in last few years. Tried Destine n it stung, irritated my raw skin, assume fragrances why make private areas or baby bums smell good .. This has no added unnecessary things. Many have gotten a bit sore after hot spicy food passes or an intestinal issue. It protects skin.. Im not embarrassed to admit to elder urine issues. This product is such a relief, protects skin.... i keep atleast one in supply closet... cant run out...id be miserable.. i am sure its great for babies... like it better than A&D ointment or plain Vaseline petroleum
