I’ve purchase other seat cushion but this Janemiri seat cushion is the best one so far. I sit now without the discomfort I was having. It very soft and comfortable most of them not. My pelvis and tailbone doesn’t ache as must. It’s getting better and better each and everyday Much love and care was design in this seat cushion. I recommend it !

I bought this cushion mainly to help relieve my sit bone pain and it has done that. I now can sit comfortably for an extended period of time without pain in my back and butt. The thickness is just right and I haven’t found that it flattens out as others have said. It adjusts to cup my butt and cushions it solidly. The holes in each side are NOT where your sit bones are. Read the description and look at the diagram. They are clearly indicated as ventilation holes. I intend to buy a couple more - one for my dining room chair and another for my desk chair. A very good purchase for my needs.

Really helps with tailbone pain

I ordered 3 different seat cushions and this one by far is the best for my piriformis/sciatica problem. Works great in the car, on plane and just made a 24hr trip in car without any pain in my back nor pain shooting down my leg. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Pros & Cons of 4 different cushions: Janemiri – Holes way too far apart even with adjustable strap. Curves make alignment even tougher. Might work for larger size person. Aylio – about same density/firmness as iHealth, but holes are bigger so easier to line them up without thinking about it. Keeper. iHealth Fix – Firm cushion. Small holes mean you have to make sure you're on target. Aylio is better but more expensive. iHealth second best. Cushy Tushy – ONE side is much softer than the other. Sinks down on right side so you lean sideways. Softest, very comfortable, travel foldable. Maybe too mushy for decent back support. Poorly made.

Big disappointment. SUPER excited and loved the concept of being able to adjust where the holes were, which worked fine. But sad that it smashed flat within a week. I'm 5'10" 140#. Trying to baby a high grade 2 hamstring tear (sitting is the worst), I was pumped to get some relief, but no. Tried 3 different cushions. Sitting still sucks, but so far, the LOUTYTUO is holding up the best.

This pillow might work for a lighter person, but my 145-pound body didn't take long to squash it flat, making it useless for sit-bone protection. My return was processed promptly--thank you for that.

I was desperate to have relief from. Ischial Bursitus. I did not realize there was such a body part, Sitting Bone. I spent all summer in the boat last summer, lasting 1/2 an hour. ( in extreme pain) I had to get out of the boat. This spring the right side flared up ferociously. Talked to my GP, physio, then literally a shot in the butter. More pain. This Sit Bone pillow goes everywhere with me. Major relief . Thank you so very much

Overall, this was a worthwhile purchase. I use it primarily for driving and it offered relief from my ischial bursitis. My only complaint is it was slightly uncomfortable on my tailbone and due to how it altered my posture while driving, I had a sore mid back, but it does definitely improve the bursitis symptoms.
