Waited a few months to see if they would fail prematurely- so far so good!Got lots of blacklight reactive stuff around the house, so we usually run the lights from 9pm- 1am or so every night.They are very bright, and while they can get a little warm, just don’t crowd them and it’s fine. For example, I don’t know if I’d put them in a cabinet with no ventilation, but in a shelf or a wall, they’re fine.

I’ve gone through my share of disappointing black lights, but these finally hit the mark. I’ve always loved the glow of those old-school fluorescent black light tubes, but they’re getting harder to find these days. After trying and returning a few others, I’m happy to say these are keepers.The photos speak for themselves—my tapestry lights up beautifully, and I don’t even have the light centered. It’s placed off to the side and still delivers vibrant, even illumination from a solid distance. The effect is strong and exactly what I was looking for.If you’ve been struggling to find black lights that actually work, especially for decor or parties, I can confidently recommend these.

The 1st 1 burnt out after 5 months. The shipper said they were aware of the problem & would replace it for free. The replacement just burned out after 3 months.

Update: 1 of my recently purchased ones has failed pretty quick. Just won't turn on at all. I don't think I have the box anymore so I probably can't return. Reading reviews I guess these fail often... Unfortunate. I hope the other 4 I have don't fail or I'm out a bit.I have ordered a new brand moving forward.For the price these lights really put out a ton of uv for my uranium cases lighting up everything beautifully and much more safely than bluer 365 lights. They don't use a lot of energy, and they don't get hot like a lot of other ones I've used before. I have purchased 4 so far and no issues.

I got this to install over a uv tapestry for my 16 yr old daughters redecorated bedroom, she asked me for kinda dark, kinda trippy aesthetic, I purchased a large tapestry, painted her pesto bismal pink room with chandelier lights, gray with a matte gray ceiling, bought all black and matte furniture, new light fixture! This light, and this tapestry is her favorite thing in her whole new bedroom! The light comes with the materials to install it to a wall, ceiling, wherever it was super easy! She keeps the light on 24/7 it doesn't get hot or anything (believe me I've checked) the cord might be a little short but it's lite, super strong and my daughter's favorite thing in her room!!!

Light works great but it's not that bright as the product says it was and the cord is like 4ft and the product says 6ft cord but I guess in all the light works and you get what you pay for 😑👍

For the price it's a good deal I'm using it on the outside of my aquarium for GloFish, for fish or anything alive you should limit the amount of time they're exposed to black light otherwise I'm very happy with it

Love the frame and ledge that supports this. It can be put on anything, it is leightwight and does not have that high 9f a heat output like i assumed it did. It is super durable and easy to put on the wall or shelf or ceiling. It os light weight and has not been turned off in 2 weeks going strong. Perfect for a teenager or dorm room or plants.
