I chose this backpack as a graduation gift for my grandson who is an avid skateboarder and sports enthusiast. The backpack offers several important features. Every aspect of safe skateboarding and total equipment carry is included, along with all the necessary accommodations required for a modern, college student's backpack. Clever use of sturdy, hidden pocket, for “off-the-head” helmet transport is essential. Nothing has been left out in this innovative design! * Extra-large capacity backpack measures 18.5” x 11.2” x 4.7” and has 10 auxiliary pockets. Multipurpose “Helmet” bag serves as a soccer / volleyball / basketball / football bag. * Excellent materials and construction throughout. Thick, heavy-duty fabric and thread, strong, fully encased seams, large, rust-free metal zippers that open / close smoothly, no loose threads. Excellent quality and QC of a well-made bag. * Very comfortable to wear fully loaded with laptop, notebooks, water bottles, helmet, board and safety gear (elbow, wrist and knee pads.) * Wide, adjustable, thickly-padded shoulder straps distribute weight equally and comfortably across back. I actually don't use this to carry my skateboard. I tried it once and it didn't look good (Maybe because of it was too heavy, it was a off brand penny board so not sure if it's the backpack or the board.) I still gave it 5 stars because I literally take this with me almost every time I go out. There's enough pockets and space for everything I need and the quality of the backpack is really good. I take it with me on vacations, road trips, school and more. I also really love the strap in the front to make sure that my backpack can't be taken off on me or just needs more support. I also really love the blue color of it. Overall, I really recommend this backpack for anyone who carries a lot with them. I don't use this to carry my skateboard but as a backpack, I use it to carry everything else. Quality is good and doesn't feel too heavy to carry around while traveling like other backpacks.

This Skateboard back pack is a must have. I purchased this for my 7yr son about 9 months ago. It fits the elbow, wrist, and knee pads plus his helmet. The helmet can be carried on the outside which is perfect when he has snacks and a water bottle in the bag. There are pockets for extra barring's and the tools for the board. Its extremely durable because we can be rough on things. The bag is roomy. The straps that hold the board are strong, wide and thick. We have never had a problem with this bag. Keeps everything in one place for when we are heading out to skate.

This is a pretty good backpack. It holds a decent amount of stuff and works well for my needs. I carry pads, gum, and headphones in it, attach my helmet to the top handle, and strap my skateboard to the back. The zippers feel solid and haven’t broken on me, it’s lightweight, comfortable, and good for the money. The only downside is that after carrying my board for a while, a small tear appeared on the back. Normally this wouldn’t be a big issue, but since it’s designed for skateboards, I expected more resistance to grip tape wear.

My 12 year old grandson was happy with this backpack to carry his board and school items. He commutes to another island for school via boat or ferry and walks quite a bit as well in the trip so this solved the issue easily of keeping his skateboard with him. It holds all the items a typical middle-schooler needs.

Perfect backpack for skateboarders! Enough room for gear snacks and everything. Pockets galore

I got this bag for my son, who’s now living his best “skateboard-to-school” life, and while it’s a solid bag overall, it’s not perfect. The size is great—fits his skateboard securely, and there’s enough room for his school stuff (laptop, books, etc.), so that’s a big win. The design is sleek, and it’s comfortable to wear, even with the added weight of the board. However, here’s the catch: the grip tape on the skateboard is pretty much destroying the outer shell of the bag. The constant rubbing is leaving marks and wear, and it’s just a matter of time before it looks pretty shabby. Also, when you flip the bag to use the other side, the wheels get in the way, making it a little awkward to manage. In short, it’s a good product, but not quite as durable as I hoped for a daily-use, skateboard-carrying bag. It holds up alright for now, but I wish it was a bit more rugged. Three stars—solid but not built for the long haul!
