Great for students with poor fine motor skills
I bought these because my first and second graders with special needs had a difficult time holding the space man and writing around him. These spacers lay flush on the paper, so the students can hold with one hand and write while the spacer is still in place. The kids love them!

These work but are very flimsy.
I bought these for some students in my classroom. They do work but they are much thinner and more flimsy than I expected, especially for the price. They do work though so I kept them.
