Bought this small kettle to replace my electric one to save moneySo far I’m mainly happy with this purchase but unfortunately the whistle doesn’t workApart from that I’m pretty satisfied

We bought this to replace an electric kettle which was in the way. I particularly wanted an induction kettle which looked like a teapot. This one is a teapot too, but I just use it as a kettle. I am pleased with it, but it really only takes a litre to 1.25 litres - it is 1.5 litres when filled to overflowing. It coped over Christmas though with a lot of tea drinkers here. It pours well if more slowly than my last one which was bigger, so bigger spout, so can't complain. It doesn't whistle which I'm pleased about as I can set a timer on my hob instead. The handle colour doesn't quite match the body which is annoying if you notice these things - I do so star knocked off. Over all though I love it and it's easy to fill (take the lid off) easy to pour - the balance is good - I like the shape and it doesn't drip. No idea how good the quality will be long term but the price was good to start with. Good quick delivery too.

This is a lovely looking little kettle but unfortunately the water spurts out the spout when on the hob. We have got around this by keeping the lid off for a few minutes and this works ok. Seems as if the steam can’t escape as there is nn hole in the lid to allow this to happen!

Bought this to use on our induction hob when we just want to boil enough water for one or two drinks. Looks good on the hob, works well and pours beautifully. Have to be careful not to overfill it as water does then splutter out of the spout, but that's not an issue for us as we revert to our larger kettle when needing more hot water.

I got this as a present for my husband to put on the stove in the living room so we always have hot tea! We used it daily until the handle fell off (which could have been dangerous). I did complain and to be fair they said I could post it back for them to fix it back on - I have yet to do this though my own lack of organization to find a massive envelope/box and actually go to a post office and pay postage to send it back.Another problem is that even when not on the heat, due to the kettle having no other steam hole, tea will bubble out the spout so when we used it, we left the lid off a bit.

I love the teapot but the only dislike about it if you fill it up with the hot water and put the lid on it it flows out of the top of the teapot.

Completely hopeless overspills from spout when you put boiling water in dangerous because you can get really bad burn
